Lion of Judah

Last night I photographed a Lion of Judah Dinner with guest speak George Manos at the Pinetree Country Club.

The Lion of Judah is a woman's honor society through the Birmingham Jewish Federation.

The Big Bake Off

Those of you in Birmingham, did you see The Morning Show on Fox thursday morning? I photographed the Jack's Biscuit Bake Off for Jack's.

Dancing (keeping out his way) with the Videographer was a lot of fun. We made sure neither of us were in the other's shot. It's especially hard when it's live television.

It was so fun, the three final contestants were so cool They didn't really care about the lights and cameras. They were just there to bake biscuits.

Perfect Wedding Guide Party

Last night, Julie and I were invited to The Wine Loft in Birmingham by Stephanie who owns the Perfect Wedding Guide.

It was so cool. We talked, we drank wine, we talked some more and we met new people.

The Donnelly House

Sunday, Tina and I did the Open House at the Donnelly House.

I met some really nice folks and we had a great time. We were so impressed with how many people came out in such cold miserable weather.

Brooke, Zac and the rest of the staff put on a great Open House.

The Special Event

Yesterday, Geoff (Jamm Entertainment), Chris (Clear Channel Radio) and I went to Atlanta on adventures to the "Special Event" tradeshow.

We spoke with and played with everything event and wedding planner. I learned a bunch of new things to bring to my Wedding and Bar Mitzvah clients.

We also saw Gus (Norton's Florist) and Arden (Arden Photography) there.

Two Bridal Shows and One to go

Saturday we did the Open House at Gabrella Manor here in Birmingham. The sun was shining and tons a folks came out to visit. I meet really nice couples and the day was great.

Yesterday we did the Southern Bridal Show at the BJCC in Birmingham. Another wonderful sunny day in Birmingham. Folks came out of the woodwork, they're were thousands of people at this show. I met and got to know some of the coolest people. We signed up a bunch of brides and had a great time.

So, where's the photos of the booths and all the craziness? In all the excitement I forgot my camera in the car. Tina teased me all the way back to the office last night. It will be awhile before I live this one down. Oh well.

Magic City Art Connection

I got the magic email today. I've been accepted to show my art work in this year's Magic City Art Connection in Birmingham, April 25-27.

This show is one of the south's biggest and I've been trying to get in for a couple of years.

Bridal Show Season

It's Bridal Show season. A bunch of my brides to be have asked me about what bridal shows I'm going to this month. Here's my schedule -

January 12th - Gabrella Manor Open House - noon til 3

January 13th - The Southern Bridal Show at the BJCC - 12:30 til 5:30

January 20th - The Donnelly House Open House - noon - 4
